If the answer “jewelry designer” didn’t roll off her tongue when asked “what do you want to be when you grow up?” it was only because young Lauren hadn’t figured it all out yet. It was not very long thereafter that her natural eye for style and her passion for jewelry design became apparent, and she continued to pursue that direction throughout college. After earning a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Richmond she went on to receive her Applied Jewelry Arts and Graduate Gemologist diplomas from the Gemological Institute of America in Carlsbad, California.
Lauren’s Italian upbringing and passion for design conspired to make her a successful jewelry designer – thus successfully fulfilling her quest for a career that is both intellectually challenging and creatively rewarding.
